Please read all the information on this page before checking out. By accessing, browsing and/or using this web site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions, including our Return and Exchanges policy, and you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, we are unable to process your order.All PURCHASED ITEMS are final and can only be exchanged or returned based on the following conditions disclosed below. In addition it takes approximately 2-3 business days to process your order if that item it is not on backorder.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All returns, credit or exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receipt of product(s). Items must be in new condition and unused to be accepted as a return. You may email us directly for the return address in which to send your return.This address can only be used to return items purchased from BrandVegas.com.When paying for return postage, we suggest you insure the package and purchase tracking services for your protection. Don't forget to save the shipping receipt for your records. We will only be able to credit merchandise that is physically received by our warehouse personnel.All returns will be credited to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified on the return/exchange form. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Your credit card account will be credited (less shipping) upon processing of the returned item(s); with the credit appearing on your next statement. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.
EXCHANGES
Specify the exchange item and the new color or size on the return/exchange form. Include the form in your return package. Simply send us your package, and we'll send your new item in exchange. All exchange requests must be made within 3 days of order receipt. If you're exchanging an item because of a mistake on our part, we will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you. Regular exchanges are charged shipping. The replacement order will be sent right away so we may remedy the issue as soon as possible and maintain our status of excellence in customer service. Returned items for exchange will be credited to the original form of payment and a new order will be placed for replacement item(s). Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of exchange processing.Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.
SHIPPING
The cost of shipping is dependent on the value of your purchase. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. You can choose ground (usually 5-7 business days) Please note that it may be longer as we do not govern UPS or the United States Postal Service.Please remember that UPS does not deliver on the weekend or federal holidays. If you order 2nd Day Air please note this is considered "business" days.Please note UPS makes 3 attempts to deliver a package, and on the third attempt the package will be returned to Vegas!. In the event of undeliverable packages, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs to and from the delivery address and will receive an online credit for the returned goods only.Please remember that you are responsible for all shipping costs to and from Vegas! for exchanges and/or returns. Please note that the delivery address must be a physical street address. P.O. box addressed orders will not be processed.
